Booking Appointments 
Advanced booking of appointments is required for all spa services.

On-Time Arrival
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time to complete any client paperwork and get settled. If a service begins late due to the guest’s delay, the service will still end at the originally scheduled appointment time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for the scheduled time, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Cancellation Fees 
If you must cancel a scheduled spa service, at least 48 hours advanced notice is required to avoid a cancellation fee. If proper advanced notice is not provided, you will be charged a fee equal to 100% of the amount of the scheduled service(s), except in cases of contagious illness as described below.

Sickness or Family Emergency
If you, or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. There is no penalty or timeframe required in this case, for your safety and that of other guests.
